In our tumbling classes, the goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches and independently to achieve those goals. We perform monthly assessments and update parents regularly on their child’s progress. Athletes are split up based on age and skill level in order to find the perfect fit for them.
Our tumble classes focus on technique based skills as well as body control, strength training, and flexibility. Athletes are able to work with coaches in a 1:5 ratio to best achieve efficient, hands-on training. Our tumble program offers a high progression rate where most students learn 3-5 new tumble skills, as well as skill variations, per season.
